Our goal is always to leave your space clean, organized, and functional — even after just one visit. In a 5-hour session, we make significant progress while ensuring everything is returned in an orderly way. For larger or more complex projects, we may recommend follow-up sessions, but you'll always be left with a space that's better than we found it.

No need to clean or tidy up before we arrive — we’re here to help, not judge. However, if there are large items (like broken furniture or bulky things you know won’t be part of the final vision), it’s helpful to remove or dispose of those ahead of time. That way, we can focus our time and energy on organizing what stays.

Absolutely. You can purchase a package of multiple sessions or subscribe for recurring visits. This is a great option if you’re downsizing, tackling a big project, or just want regular help staying organized.

All sessions include two expert organizers, hands-on support, basic labels, and use of your existing bins or storage. Add-ons like pegboard installation or upgraded organizing products are available at an additional cost.

Yes! We offer 30-minute virtual appointments for advice, planning, and light accountability — perfect if you're DIY-ing or need help deciding where to begin.

Rescheduling is easy and flexible. We understand life happens. However, we do ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel a session. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee to compensate for lost time.
